I am beyond excited to share some big news with you—Seacoast Listening Lounge has moved to a brand-new space at 380 Lafayette Rd, Hampton, NH 03842! This move has been a dream come true, and I can’t wait for you to experience everything this new location has to offer.

When I first imagined the Seacoast Listening Lounge, I envisioned a place where women could feel heard, supported, and empowered. Now, in this new space, that vision has truly come to life. Every corner of our new location has been designed to make you feel comfortable, safe, and ready to express yourself freely.

Whether you’re here for a Listening Session, a Verbal Smash Session, or our newest offering, the Group Smash Out, this space is your sanctuary—a place to let go of stress, process emotions, and leave feeling lighter and stronger.

   Confidentiality has always been my top priority, and now we have the perfect setup to ensure every session takes place in a cozy, private room where you can truly feel safe to express yourself.

   This move isn’t just about having more space—it’s about creating a deeper connection. Whether you’re here to talk, vent, or find clarity, this new environment is designed to support your emotional growth and help you feel heard in ways that matter.

Why This Move Matters to Me

When I started Seacoast Listening Lounge, I wanted to create a unique space where women could speak openly and be met with nothing but support. Over time, I realized how much of an impact a nurturing space can have on how we process emotions, release stress, and reclaim our voices.

With this new location, I can do so much more. Verbal Smash Sessions feel more cathartic, Listening Sessions feel even more grounding, and the addition of Group Smash Out allows me to help small groups bond and heal together. Watching women come together to support each other in this new environment has already been so powerful.
